Chelsea grew up in Irving, Texas. It was during a summer youth camp that God convicted her of her sin, revealed her deep need for a Savior, and drew her to Himself. In 2002, Chelsea moved to College Station to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M. While in college she married her high school sweetheart, Cody, and now has three great kids.
Chelsea helped plant New Life in 2009 and has served in many ways in the following years. She loves how Christ is the center of all that happens at New Life and is grateful for the New Life family who has come alongside her in deepest sorrow and greatest joys. A Kindergarten teacher, Chelsea is passionate about teaching children to read and making memories with each day. When she has free time, she enjoys creating, reading, and listening to podcasts, or grabbing an iced coffee with a friend. In everything she does, Chelsea’s goal is to grow in her relationship with the Lord and share it with others.
