ADULT DISCIPLESHIP

According to Jesus, every Christian is called to be a disciple-maker. But how should we go about the work of making disciples? Thankfully, Paul gives the church a clear and simple plan for discipleship in his letter to Titus: have the older men teach the younger men, and have the older women teach the younger women.

At New Life, we have structured our discipleship classes to  foster relationships between older and younger men and women. Our worship services, discipleship programs, and Life Groups are all multigenerational, meaning that there are people from a variety of life stages in every one.

Life Groups: A Life Group is a multigenerational community committed to discipleship, pastoral care, and evangelism and led by a recognized leader at New Life. You can learn more about Life Groups by clicking here.

Equipping Classes: At various times during the year, we offer adult discipleship classes in The Preserve building. Our goal is to equip Christians to become mature disciples who can make mature disciples of all nations. We want to help you know, understand, and apply the Bible’s teaching to everyday life.

Coffee & Conversation: Most Sundays throughout the year, we enjoy C&C at 11am as an opportunity to connect with each other, apply the truths of the sermon to our daily lives and to spend some time in focused prayer.

Annual Men’s Retreat: Because we believe there is great value in men getting away together to rest, learn, and pray, we host an annual weekend retreat in the Spring.

Annual Women’s Retreat: Because we believe there is great value in women getting away together to rest, learn, and pray, we host an annual weekend retreat in the Fall.
